explanation: District of Tokyo City located on the south of the Imperial Palace. During Edo period, many houses of Daimyo (Japanese seigniors) were built there. Now, most of the Japanese government's offices like Foreign Office and Finance minister occupy the same place. Administratively speaking, the district belongs to Chuo Ward, i.e. Central Ward.
